Process

How consultations work

OBSDNX uses a four-step path from first visit to styling guidance. The process is designed so you can describe a room without committing to a service before terms are discussed.

01

Explore services

Review the consultation types and educational guides to see whether online styling guidance matches the questions you have about your home.

02

Submit an inquiry

Describe your room, preferences, and the kind of guidance you are seeking. An inquiry is a request for information, not a booking.

03

Request review

OBSDNX reviews the inquiry and communicates about consultation options, subject to actual operational availability.

04

Styling consultation

If both parties agree to proceed, the format, content, and terms are agreed before work begins. Guidance stays within that scope. No physical installation is included.

1. Explore services

Start with the consultation pages and the educational guides. The service pages explain what each consultation covers and what it does not cover. The guides are general reading; they are not a substitute for a consultation and they are not a free design package.

2. Submit an inquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email, state, consultation type, and a description of the room and the guidance you want. Phone number, room type, and preferred contact method are optional.

An inquiry is not a booking. Sending the form does not reserve a time, collect payment, or create a service agreement. It sends your request so it can be reviewed.

3. Discuss consultation options

OBSDNX reviews the inquiry and communicates about whether a consultation can be offered. Availability is not guaranteed. This website does not publish turnaround times, appointment calendars, or package prices.

If a consultation appears to be a fit, the conversation can cover scope, format, and any terms that would apply. Those terms are not created by submitting the website form. This website does not specify a meeting length, a video call, or a particular document type.

4. Agreed styling guidance

If both parties agree to proceed, the format, content, and terms are agreed before work begins. Guidance then stays within that scope and the styling topics discussed: arrangement, color, decoration, and related residential questions. It does not include construction, renovation, or installation in your home.

What this process does not do

  • It does not confirm that a consultation will be available.
  • It does not create a contract before terms are agreed.
  • It does not process payment through this website.
  • It does not promise a specific response time.
