Nature of consultations

OBSDNX consultations, when offered and agreed, concern visual and practical residential styling: room arrangement, color combinations, decorative choices, and related questions. Consultations are delivered online. They do not include construction, renovation, architectural design, engineering, structural modifications, electrical or plumbing work, contractor services, furniture manufacturing, or guaranteed product procurement. OBSDNX does not perform physical work inside customers’ homes through this website.

Inquiry versus service agreement

Submitting the contact form, sending email, or calling is an inquiry. It is not a booking, not confirmation of availability, and not a service agreement. OBSDNX reviews inquiries and may communicate about consultation options. Availability is not guaranteed.

If both parties later agree to a consultation, the terms of that work—including scope and any fees—would be established in that separate discussion or writing. This website does not set those commercial terms and does not collect payment.

Accuracy and limitations

OBSDNX aims to keep business contact details and service descriptions accurate. The website may still contain errors, and service availability can change. Styling guidance, when provided after agreement, is advisory. It is not a promise of a particular aesthetic result, resale value, or other measurable outcome.

Text, original diagrams, and the arrangement of this website are provided by OBSDNX for viewing on this site.
